Shipping policy

DELIVERY
All goods purchased via the webshop are always delivered to your home/company, at an address of your choice.
All goods are always delivered directly to your door by a specialised courier service. (e.g. bPost/PostNL/DPD/...) Goods purchased via the web shop can only be picked up at the offices of Next Dream bv after prior request and approval.

DELIVERY TERMS
The delivery times of our products and services vary according to the product and the production process.
On average, the delivery period is 3-7 working days.
Where possible, for specific products you will find the delivery time on the individual product page.
The delivery period is the time between placing your order and the time when you can actually take physical possession of the goods. All delivery periods are a non-binding indicative average delivery period. Only exceeding the maximum legally permissible delivery period of 30 days will be accepted as grounds for complaints.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the indicative delivery period may be delayed.
In case this delay is due to delays in the production process, you, the customer, will be informed as soon as possible, and you will have the option to abandon the purchase, with a full refund of the amount paid by you. In case the delay is due to third parties, e.g. our designated courier service, we will make every effort to provide you with a solution within a reasonable period of time. Also in this case, you are entitled to invoke the right of withdrawal.
