Refund policy
In accordance with the law on distance contracts, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days, after receipt of the order, within which he can cancel the contract, insofar as the contract was concluded remotely. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods .

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse to you all payments you have made up to that point, excluding delivery costs, without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. We shall reimburse you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction.
The transport costs specific to the cancelled order can never form part of the amount to be refunded.
We will refrain from refunding you until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You can also choose to return the purchased goods at our office, but only by appointment.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
Products manufactured to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person
Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life
Products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery
Products which by their nature have been irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery.
Delivery of newspapers, magazines or periodicals.
POINTS OF ATTENTION
1/ In case of renunciation for goods already delivered to the customer, or which have already left our warehouses for delivery to the customer, the customer must return all goods, in undamaged condition and/or packaging, to Imagicasa at his own expense. Refunds of corresponding advances and payments are made within 30 days of receipt of the returned products.
2/ If a consumer returns a product damaged and/or not in its original packaging Next Dream bv reserves the right to hold the consumer responsible and claim compensation for the depreciation of the products as a result of their use by the consumer. (Use beyond the necessity to establish the good quality of the goods)
3/ Did you make a purchase on behalf of your company, with invoice on your VAT number? Then you are not considered a consumer and the right of withdrawal expires.
4/ In case of renunciation, it may be opted to exchange ordered products and/or services at the express request of the customer. The exchange can only take place after receipt of the returned products, as described above. In such case, the difference in price will be charged, together with the new transport costs, all forming part of a new order form.
